Local pick-ups can be made at our home in Ripponlea, Melbourne between 3.30-6.30pm Monday to Friday only. Please email us to make an appointment time. We will not be able to see you outside this time or if we don’t know you are coming.
Orders are shipped Tuesdays and Thursdays mornings. Thus all orders are sent within 4 working days after the day of purchase. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of Australia post with deliveries. If you have not received your delivery 10 working days from the day of purchase within Australia or 20 working days for international please check with your local parcel post office and failing that please send us an email.
