Please contact us within 7days of receiving your product should you find it faulty or damaged. We offer a full refund or exchange for any products that are damaged or faulty and returned to us in original condition. We cannot offer a refund for change of mind.

Due to the nature of vintage items, we photograph and describe them through copy as best as possible. Please purchase carefully as we cannot offer refunds, credits or exchanges on these products. If you require further information or photos on a product we would be happy to supply this to you.

Please note that we do not offer rain checks if an item which is discounted, on sale, or out-of-stock at the time of the promotion.

Sometimes due to the popularity of products we are out of stock and are waiting for our next delivery. Stock will be replenished as soon as possible. Should you wish to be notified when the stock comes in please send us an email.

Some of our products are available for wholesale. Please send us an email requesting more information.

All products are available for hire for editorial or styling purposes on request with exception for any MTA products.

Orders are shipped Tuesdays and Thursdays mornings. Thus all orders are sent within 4 working days after the day of purchase. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of Australia post with deliveries. If you have not received your delivery 10 working days from the day of purchase within Australia or 20 working days for international please check with your local parcel post office and failing that please send us an email. Empirical Style is not responsible for shipping times and due to the physical length of some of out products, delays in delivery have been experienced.

MTA products are only sold Austrlaia wide and therefore cannot be posted overseas.

Post cost are automatically calculated using an Australia Post calculator depending on your location and order.

We accept payments through Paypal which includes most major credit cards. On request we can supply bank details for a transfer into our Australian bank account or take cash on pick-up.
